JotForm does not seem to work on Chrome

Hi there... I always use jotform... however a few days ago when I opened it in Google Chrome it started to look funny from my laptop... it works fine in windows explorer.

Please check out the snippet of what it looks like as attached.

We are currently not experiencing any issues with using Google Chrome. It is possible that the style resources were not loaded properly. I understand that it is working properly in another browser.

Please try to log out and restart your browser. If the issue persists, please clear your browser cache. 

If it still the same, then please disable the browser's extension and try it again.
