Rename form and transfer to My Forms

I would like to create new forms that are clones of forms that were previously shared with me. I have created the cloned forms in the "Shared" folder but would like to transfer them to My Forms and save them under a new name. Please advise.

If you would like to create forms in your own account, make sure to click the "My Forms" tab before creating the form.  That will allow for creating the form in your own account instead of the account associated with the shared folder.  You can rename the forms after creating them.
