Form not submitting on mobile (missing submit button)

I am having a problem getting one of my forms to submit onto my phone i seem to have done everything correctly but i cant get it to work. It is the alarm response form on my portal. Is this something you can look at for me.

That is because that form does not have a submit button.

The Submit button can be added from the Form Elements section:

1) Open the Form Elements section.

2) Click on the Submit item, or drag and drop it to the form.
