Unable to login

    Is something wrong with the site? I try to login but when I click the sign in button nothing happens.

    I can't log in in chrome. I keep on clicking the sign in button, but nothing happens. I tried it on another browser & it worked. Please help. I need to use chrome. There must be something wrong with the site? Thanks!

    We can also not log in. There are three of us here. I was in, logged out and tried to log back in and it acts like I haven't hit LOG IN. Just sits there.

    We cannot reproduce the problem in our end, can you please close the browser cache and restart a fresh login session?

    That’s exactly what happens to me. I was able to get in using Internet
    Explorer for a brief period before getting locked out again. I just tried
    again using Chrome and I’m in. Hopefully I don’t get booted out again.

    I reported my login issue early this morning and received a response that it has been fixed. I still cannot log in. It appears as I look through the forum that this is happening to multiple users and we are all responding that we are still unable to login. Please assist with this problem as I need to be able to access my account.

     Ok, thanks for the update, it seems it was fixed only in Chrome, still happening with IE. I will be forwarding it to our backend team.

    tried closing out browser completely and the attempting again. This did not correct the issue, still unable to login. tried from a different browser as well. not sure where to go from here.

    It is not working in any browser that I have used to try to login. The problem is not fixed. Again, I need access to my account.

    Our backend team cannot reproduce the problem, they recommend that you should reset your browser's cache and try with a fresh login.
