    Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Your form is working fine in my end. Is this form already embedded into your website? If yes, can you please provide us your website URL for further assistance?

    Thank you!

I want to get the preview to work first before I post to our website.
I included the link when I submitted this ticket. Do you still have it?

I can get that far. But when you “log in” , then what? There is not Submit button.

Your form's submit button was replaced by facebook log in since you integrate this form into your facebook.

Please embed first your form into your website and if the said issue still persists do let us know. You may take a look at this thread also for related issue: http://www.jotform.com/answers/120249-Facebook-submit-button

    Thank you!

I’ll try. This is a test site on my private network. Does the URL need to be public?
