I have four active forms and about 8-10 submissions for them. I need an explanation about the 5000 per queue topic. Even if you have stored every submission for every form I have ever made it would not reach 5000 I think.

That is just an explanation that, the submission can be downloaded when you reach 5000 submission. Did that batch pop-up occurred to you?

I get a notice via email and also on the website when I log in.  I have 449 submissions and am limited to 500 for my free account.  I only have 4 active forms and would like to get rid of the old data.  I have no use for any files older than 1-1-2018.  I can't see how to erase this older stuff.
