Hello,
The registration forms are only going to hello@blueballoonschool.com and not to jessica@blueballoonschool.com as well even though we have both listed. Can you please help?

It is because your Notification Email is bound to a condition.
You can add the email address "jessica@blueballoonschool.com" in your Change Email Recipient condition. You can add multiple emails in one condition (maximum of 10) separated by a comma ( , ).
Then hit SAVE.

The comma (,) should be each after email address on your Change Email Recipient condition.
For Example:
