I have tested editing the submission and I did replicate error 502 bad gateway. I also noticed the form is still very slow.
I have however escalated the issue to our level2 team for further analysis of the issue as I think the issue is related to the issue reported on thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1340294. We will update you on this thread once the issue is resolved.

Unfortunately at the moment we do not have an update form our Level2 team however the issue has been marked as important and we will update you on this thread once the issue is resolved.
