we are coming across an issue where users visiting our wepage cannot load the form, and some users can. Its only after we do a flush dns command that they are then able to see the form. Can you provide some info as to why this is happening?

We are currently not experiencing any issues with loading our forms. I checked your account and I can verify that it is in good status.
May we know what is the URL of the webpage where the form is embedded so that we can further check?
