Can you sort your submissions by last name even though you use the full name field?

I like the full name field and it asks for first and last in 2 spots, but on the Excel spreadsheet they are all together and I can't sort by last name.  Currently, I just have 2 fields -- 1 for first name and one for last.  However, this complicates the way I am using Dropbox integration.  I would for it to name the submission that is downloaded in Dropbox by the name.  If I use the Full Name field, it wouldn't be a problem except that it would sort by first name.  Since I currently have the name separated, I can have the submission by the Last Name but I have people that will be using the form that have the same last name, so if 2 people with the last name of "Smith" they replace each other.

    Any suggestions?

There is no way around the Dropbox folder naming convention, so I would suggest that you use Full Name field for naming the files/folders.

In your submissions' Excel file, it is possible to split the full name values into first name and last name columns by using Excel's built-in Convert to Text Columns Wizard.

If you need further help on this topic, please feel free to ask.

    Thanks!
