Once my form is created and I want to reuse it after submission

Once my form is created and I want to reuse, I would I get back to the form to email out to another customer?

My understanding is that you want the user to fill up the same form after submitting it. If yes, then you can redirect the Thank You page back to the form using the form's direct link.

First, you need to get the form's direct link. Go to "Publish" and you'll see the direct link in the Quick Share section. Please copy and paste it into a text editor.

Second, in the Form Builder, click "Settings" in the top menu. After that, go to "Thank You Page" section. Select the "Redirect to external link" and then paste the form's direct link in the URL field.
