I am logged into my account and I can not see my forms I'm not sure if I accidentally deleted them all at once or if it is just a computer problem. I have tried refreshing the page and logging out and logging back in and I still don't see anything

This should now be fixed. The shared folder and shared forms should be accessible once again. Let us know if they are still unavailable from your end and we will be happy to have another look.
