Why Is The Form Title Not Changing On URL Tab?

    I have updated my registration form for 2018.  I edited the title to reflect the date and name change, but it is still showing up as "2017 Riunite Fall Sampling Tour-Sampling Event Scheduling" instead of "2018 Riunite Spring Sampling Tour - Sampling Event Scheduling".  I have changed the title in all possible places.  Please help!  Thanks

    You can try changing the Page title from your form settings.

    Go to Settings->Form Settings->Show More Options

    Scroll down to the option called "Page Title" and change it.
