Is there a way to have 2 accounts be an administrator?
My current username is jeffreybales and we have our HelpDesk that needs to get access to the same functions that I have.
If this is not possible can we rename the account to a generic (say webmaster) then I will just give out the login information.

There will only be one admin for each account, but you can work on the same form by collaborating multiple team members.
1). Go to "My Forms" page and select the form you want to collaborate and click "Edit Form"
2). Click the Add Collaborators icon at the top right of your Form Builder, copy the link and share it with others.
For reference, please refer to the link below: https://www.jotform.com/help/419-Understanding-Form-Collaboration
Another option is to share the form or add the user as your sub-user. For a step-by-step guide on how to achieve this, please see this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-account-User.
With regards to renaming the username, we can do that from our end, but please note that renaming the username will affect your custom-URL. That means you will no longer be able to access your custom form url as the username is changed.
If you want to proceed, kindly provide us at least 5 usernames that you prefer which 1 is the highest preferred username.
Looking forward for your response.
