Agents with various Operating Systems. One was using an Iphone, the other IE on her desktop. The form for Booking Submission, was missing the "Submit" button. What is causing this and what can I do to fix it?
It's there right now when I look at it, but for some reason, certain agents at various times can't see it.

I can't seem to reproduce your issue on any of the most popular browsers (IE, FF, Chrome, Safari).
I also checked using my Android phone but to no avail.
Not sure what to make of it, but can you please try re-embedding using the following codes?
