Billing: Hoping that I just canceled our subscription

    I was trying to downgrade our subscription to the free version since we are no longer in need of your services. I thought I was submitting my downgrade request when I was forwarded to this customer support form. Did I successfully downgrade our account?

    No the subscription wasn't cancelled.

    I have gone ahead and cancelled it. You have been granted a partial refund (7.34 USD). Please allow up to ten days for the funds to appear in your account.

    Finally, you have automatically been downgraded to the FREE plan.
