I'm getting errors when uploading an existing .pdf to jot form

I am attempting to upload a form saved as a .pdf to jot form using the web tool. I keep receiving an error that it can not upload. I have the same form saved as a word document. Will that be easier to upload?

If you are actually referring to uploading a PDF file through one of your "upload jotforms", then it could be that the PDF file extension is not allowed, you just need to add it in the allowed list: https://www.jotform.com/help/29-How-to-Change-the-Allowed-File-Types-in-the-Upload-Field
