Instead of charging a flat (and high) rate, how about charging a percentage of sales using your form?

Or, make that another option, besides the monthly rate? A monthly rate is not doable for me as my usage is sporadic and paying a monthly fee (with possibly no usage in a particular month) is not going to happen for me.
