Is there a way to filter the data that goes to Google Sheets?

We have too much old data going to Google Sheets.  Is there a way to filter the submissions so that not all the submissions are included in the integration?

Unfortunately no. It is not possible to filter submissions and then send it to your integrated google spreadsheet. When you integrate your form with google spreadsheet, it will send all the existing submission data to integrated google spreadsheet.
