Hi! We've had a form we've been using for nearly a year starting to give us several issue this week. On January 13th I added a value to one of the drop downs however that shouldn't have effected the rest of the form. Here are two of the issues we've recognized.
1. A Submission came through that was missing several required fields.
The one on 1/22 at 16:51:28
2. The "Total" value on page two is miscalculating.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your form but did not find any issue with that. There is no reason why the required form field can be skipped. Have you embedded your form in any webpage? Please share the webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.
