I have a consumer that is trying to submit a form however when she fills the entire form out it gives her an error message that multiple submissions are not allowed. However, I can't find the setting that allows me to change that. Can you please help? Thanks!

I checked your form and I found out that the Unique Question is set "Parents E-mail". This feature prevents duplicate submission using the same data.
For example, email@example.com submitted a form. He cannot submit another form using the same email address.
