I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
When your older silver subscription was cancelled, that caused your account to downgrade to free plan. I have sent a request to our billing team to cancel & process the prorated refund for you last subscription payment for silver plan. Please allow 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
