I created a survey (https://form.jotformeu.com/73374515207354) which was working until a week ago.
Right now unfortunately any submission cannot be processed, you can see the error message attached.
Could you please help me?
It is an important survey for a non-profit event (planning to host around 500 people).

I have posted a test submission and it went through without any issue.
Can you please clear your browser cache and check back again?
You can also try clearing your form cache.
