Is Jotform compatable with mobile phone submissions. My customers are having so many problems with it that my client is telling me to move to a new form service...Can someone get these forms to work via mobile with all features once and for all. What (if anything) am I doing wrong?
I changed to Iframes wvwn though I am using Yola and I even have a link where they can go to the full form (not associated with the site at all) the jotform webpage. They either can't see it or can't submit pictures, or can't submit at all

There's a known issue about some mobile browser's like ipad/iphone Safari which doesn't support file upload. Apple choose to not allow uploads from browser on these devices and unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about that. However, there's an alternative browser which supports for this devices, you may try iCab Mobile browser.
I would also suggest to try filepicker.io tool as this allows file uploading on most mobile devices. Please check here for more information: http://www.jotform.com/blog/61-Filepicker-io-JotForm-Let-Your-Users-Upload-Files-From-the-Cloud
