    This message pops up every time I try to publish a Survey.
     
    I think it is because I haven't logged in for a long time so I may appear as "dormant".
     
    I don't know how to change that. Thank you.

    Hello lolapdlamas, 

    As you stated, your account was dormant. It is reactivated now. You should be able to log in, and your forms should be working fine again. 

    Please check and let us know if you have any further query.
