Approval Workflow: getting "the remote server not responding" error message after submitting for the second time.

    When we try and submit our forms it comes up with an error message:

    "The remote server that hosts the web site or file you requested is currently not responding. The server may be overloaded or unavailable. Please click the back or reload button to attempt again. If this error persists, you may want to try at a later time."

    Please can someone advise if this can be fixed?

    Is this the form that you are referring to? 


    I just tested it, and it worked fine. If you have embedded it in a web page, please share the URL of the page where it is embedded, so we can test further.

    Yes it's fine completing the form. It's when you go in to edit the submission for the approval process and submit it, it comes up with the error message.
