Credit Card fields are missing in Authorize.net field when the form is viewed on mobile

So what's happening is the Authorize.net widget just doesn't show up sometimes. I saw it for myself on my phone. I opened the form and the credit card fields were not there.

So the widget is not appearing occasionally for whatever reason.

Are you still experiencing this problem? I thoroughly checked the form on multiple devices, Android and IOS and cannot seem to replicate it. I also do not see any sort of a condition that would somehow show/hide the field based on an input. Perhaps it is just a small problem related to loading the form? Or maybe a form cache which I have already cleared for you.

What is happening is we are getting submissions with no payment information. There is no condition hiding the payment field and the price is built into the form. So the user does not select a price. And yet we are still getting submissions with no payment information. And it's happening across multiple forms.

I spoke with someone the other day on Live Chat and they said this issue was reported as a bug. So as of right now it's still happening. If you look at the submissions for KMR Matzo Ball 2018 under my account you will see several submissions with no payment info.

And also, this problem isn't necessarily mobile. It's across the board. So this new thread wasn't really necessary

I split the thread since the way how you explained the problem is a bit different. You've mentioned, "authorize.net widget just doesn't show up sometimes". Anyways, the ticket on the original thread is still opened. You should get a reply there once the assigned developer sorted it out.
