How to change Form Type?

Hello,

In the past I have created forms where all of the questions were on one page. I can't seem to do this now. The forms ask one question and then have the user click next to get to the next question. I can't see where to change this.

Your account is on card layout so the default creating a layout is Cards layout.

However, you can convert your form to Classic layout (all fields on one page) by going to Settings page:

And change in Form layout field:
