Hi, how do I sign up a participant from my computer using their email and their contact info? My colleague cannot open the link and I want to manage my list by adding people who do not have time to log on. How do I do this as the owner of the account?

If you signup a user they still have to confirm the email used to register the account. This is mainly to avoid other people using someones email to register accounts.
the other option would be to create a sub-user account for each of these users and you can share the form with these users. Below is a guide on how you can share form with sub-user. However note that the user will still need to create and confirm their account first.
