out of space, form showing over quota error

i keep getting notices that i'm out of space but i've purged my old forms and should now be ok. why is this alert still on my account?

I checked your form and it is no longer showing the over quota error.  I cleared your form caches just in case it was a caching issue.

Let us know if the error persists and we will take another look.
