JotForm WP Plugin not working on my WP website

Hi there,

I installed the Jotform plug in and went to use it on my contact page, but when I click on the icon a grey box pops up with nothing in it (screenshot attached). Did I miss something? What should I do? Thanks!

It worked for me when I tried it on my WP site. I have the latest WP installed WordPress 4.9.2 

Perhaps the JotForm plugin conflicts with your existing plugins or there's a javascript conflict on the page. 

You can actually embed the form code directly in your WP page/post. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/4-Adding-Forms-to-Wordpress-org-Version. If the default embed code doesn't work, try the iframe embed code.

Or you can try the oEmbed plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/jotform-oembed/ then just paste the form URL in your WP page/post.
