I have a free account which means I get 10 payments through the paypal system. Here's my problem:
Clients register but do not pay through paypal (you can submit the form and not pay through paypal). Some people tell me they couldn't get the paypal to work right, others say they rather pay cash/check. So I have forms (member application) that have been submitted through jotform but the actual payment was never paid through paypal. Right now I keep getting emails from jotform telling me I've run out of my free payments BUT I REALLY HAVE NOT. The form goes into the Pending box. I complete the order manually (because they pay ME directly).
What should I do?

When you complete the order manually, that's counted as a payment submissions.
Anyways, I have reset your payment submission count. But I can do this only once.
