PayPal Form: Can we allow payments without PayPal accounts?

In order for the PayPal form integration work for receiving payments, is a PayPal also required for whoever is paying? Or can customers use their credit card information to purchase? Thank you.

When the PayPal Account Optional is enabled within your PayPal account, it should allow the customer to pay without the PayPal account.

Also, we offer a PayPal Pro integration (paid PayPal feature). It allows customers to pay using credit cards without a redirect to the PayPal checkout.
