I am not getting the auto responder emails, I have tried multiple times. The TEST emails come through, but not the ones when I do my own test on our form.

The emails are sent based on our records. You can check your email history to view these logs:
The emails may have been filtered as spam so kindly check and make sure to mark all emails related to Jotform as not spam. Check for spams through your email client (if you are using one) and through your hosting panel.
Lastly, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender and contact list then whitelist our list of IP addresses found here: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.

email@example.com (my main address, and the notification emails do
come to this address) and firstname.lastname@example.org
I checked spam folders on both and don't see any auto responder emails
I really need help on this

My apologies. I re-checked your settings and found out that you have set the First Name as the recipient instead of the Email Address field. I've fixed it for you. It should work this time.
