How can I receive emails once a form closes?

I have a form limiter that limits the amount of responses I receive on my forms. How can I get an email once the form closes/reaches the response limit?

This is not possible in Jotform. You might need to download your form's source code and modify your own Javascript to perform the function you want.

I'm also not seeing a lot of post online about this method so I'm not sure if this is feasible to apply. I'm sure it is possible, but please note that you might get a lot of emails in case you apply this method.
