Can you use Stripe for subscriptions / payment plans?

Hi Jotform,

On your explanation of how to set up recurring payments (https://www.jotform.com/help/166-How-to-Setup-a-Recurring-Payment-Option) there doesn't seem to be any indication that recurring payments are limited to some providers. However, on this earlier explanation (https://www.jotform.com/answers/1055299-How-can-i-create-a-payment-plan-option-in-my-form) you suggest subscriptions can only be used for PayPal Pro, Authorize.net and 2 Checkout. 

Could you please confirm whether we need to use one of those three providers for recurring payments or could I use another payment system, like Stripe?

Only what you cannot do with Stripe is set the number of recurring payments that will occur (how many times the user will be charged in future).

You can set if the subscriptions will be daily, weekly, monthly etc:
