I have a question about printing the form after it is complete

    One question I have is when the form is printed the blank (unused) pages show.  Is there some way to limit the pages that print to ones that have entries on them?  Also, how can I do this with the PDF attachment as well?

    Unfortunately, the empty fields will still show up when you print the form:

    The PDF attachment can only be printed when you download them from the email notification where you have attached it.
