Hello, I emailed without a response from you. Why am I limited to 25 forms?

You are a Bronze plan customer. Bronze plans are limited to 25 forms.
Here are the form limits to compare plans:
If you would like to create more forms you will need to upgrade to the Gold plan.

Account? When did you decide to restrict the form creation number? So I’ll just open a hundred free accounts I guess!

This limit has been implemented since Nov, 2017. Please note that as explained by my colleague, the limit applies for active forms only so you may archive/disable the oldest forms on your account in case you cannot upgrade, otherwise, if you need to keep all your forms active you will need to upgrade your account.
Also, please note that your account has been grandfathered and your existing forms will remain active, the limit will apply for you only if you need to create new forms.
