How to forward submissions to an email address?

How can I forward emails/resumes that are in my account to my email? some are coming on their own but some are not. 

You can use the Forward Email tool of the form's submission data. You can find this by

1. Click on  My Forms (on top)

2. On your list of forms, select the form.

3. After selecting the form, click on Submissions button

4. On the form submissions page you will see the Forward Email tool

Please note: the forward email tool have extreme limitation -- you can only forward email submissions max of 3 for every 2 hrs... this is to avoid using the tool for spamming email.

You may also want to consider setting the multiple recipient Notification E-mail instead as an alternative.
