I am writing because our forms on Jotform were deactivated as we had reached our 100 mb upload limit.
I have therefore removed old submissions to create more space, but it seems it is not updated when I look at my account on jotform.com
We would very much like to have our forms up and running again - can you help?

I can see you have a lot of uploaded files on your account, this form specifically has more than 100 uploaded files http://www.jotformeu.com/form/71565882998378, although the others have files as well.
In order to lose your data I would recommend you to download it following any of these guides before deleting the submissions:
