Thanks! I do have another question:
Before I started working here, the account was created. Not knowing we had an account already, I created another, then found out about this account. I now cannot upgrade the account’s email address to mine because mine is linked to the ‘new’ account. Is there a way we can remedy this?

We can delete the old account so you can use the email from the old account. Or we can move your forms from one account to another. Just provide us the email address or username of the other account for us to check.
Let us know which method do you prefer.
