I am not able to login form my office computer.

    hi. I've contacted jotform earlier as i couldn't login to my dashboard.

    THIS IS TAKING FOREVER FOR YOU TO SOLVE THE ISSUE.REFER ATTACHED AS I CANT LOGIN FROM MY OFFICE COMPUTER.

    PLEASE SOLVE THIS A.S.A.P AND REVERT BACK TO ME.

    Unfortunately I am unable to see any attached file. Our forum cannot accept attachments. Do you mean to say that you are unable to login form your office computer but works fine from different computer?

    Is there any firewall in your office network which is blocking access to JotForm? I would suggest you to please disable firewall and see if you are able to access JotForm from your office network.

    Hi,

    Whatever page I open from my office computer (which has the I.P) the page below appears. I did send my feedback long ago, yet it’s not fixed.
    And I notice all the forms are not working properly, in terms of the layout, images, form attributes and etc.

    PLEASE FIX THESE A.S.A.P . You have to UNBLOCK my office IP .
    When could you resolve this, please?

    Unfortunately we are unable to see the screenshot you have shared. As explained earlier, we cannot receive file attachment in forum post.     Do you mean to say that your IP address is blocked? I would suggest you to please us know your current IP address and we will take a look. Please click on the following URL to know your IP address:  https://whatismyipaddress.com/

    Hi,

    My I.P is : 211.25.9.230

    I can’t access anything that goes from jotform.com URL because my i.p is blocked.
    Please unblock as soon as possible.

    All my forms in his account : roy.kumar@berjaya.edu.my ; the settings is haywire. I need to fix this a.s.a.p too.

    I have gone ahead and whitelisted your IP address 211.25.9.230. Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.

    What issues are you having with your forms & account? Can you please explain your issue a bit more in detail? Please share the screenshot of the issue as well for us to be able to understand the issue correctly.

    Just curious, why our IP got blacklisted? What are the possibilities ?

    I am glad to know that your issue is resolved.

    This issue was caused because another account "daru****ha" created a form from the same IP which was suspected to be used for phishing activity. That issue was taken care and account was activated but the IP was still blocked. I have gone ahead and whitelisted your IP address and it should work fine now.
