Changing form from horizontal (question to question) to vertical

How can or what might be the most simple way for me to change the form from horizontal to vertical?

You can change the From Layout from Single question in one page to All questions in one page.

To do that, please make sure you are logged in to your account and click on this link:

https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

Locate the Form Layout option and change it to All questions in one page.
