why I receive only partial submitted data ?

pdf has a phone numbers but it doesn't go to excel spreadsheet. Same with 30% of other questions on my jotform.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you when you export your submission in excel, the phone number field is not being displayed?

It seems you have added "Multi-line Question" in form but when I downloaded your submission in excel, I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. Submission excel does display the mobile phone column correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to please download your submission excel again and get back to us if the issue persists.
