    I want to use your platform to build precustomized forms for a specific industry and charge them a monthly subscription to access it.  Does your platform and service allow for that?

    According to our Terms of Use. You are not allowed to: "Resale JotForm Service. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion (except for your User Submissions, to which Company agrees you retain all rights) of the JotForm Service, use of the JotForm Service, or access to the JotForm Service".
