Why is captcha field displaying after submit button?

I added the captcha widget and it worked well previously. It used to show up before I hit submit or preview answer. It's always showed up underneath the signature widget.

All of a sudden, it doesn't do it that way. It's no longer showing up under the signature widget. It shows up, after hitting submit - there's the captcha in a very small scale, that I have to zoom into (desktop or mobile) - type the right captcha and the click submit (again).

Can you please help me sort this out?

Apologies for any inconveniences caused. Would you kindly try removing the field and adding it again. This worked form me on a clone of your form
