Jotform Card Layout: Below are some issues expereinced with Card layout

    Hi,

    I'm listing the issues to be fixed at your end:

    1. Heading of the form is getting chopped off by the card layout design: https://snag.gy/ePy80I.jpg

    2. There is no input box to write/paste the confirmation code to complete email verification: https://snag.gy/qeUAi9.jpg

    4. Again, heading of the form in getting chopped off by the card layout design:

    With so may errors in the new card layout design, I must have missed many. Please test our form in various browsers and screens to eliminate all the issues that we are facing.

    The new Card Layout design is path-breaking and it really shows Jotform team's hard-work and commitment.

    Please get all the issues resolved on priority and update me.

    Thank you for the detailed feedback on how we can improve the card layout. I have escalated the issue to our Level2 team for further analysis and review of the issue. We will update you on this thread once the issue is resolved.

    Please list the bugs which have resolved. It's a long list and the form is already LIVE on my website. This cannot be delayed any further.

    Unfortunately at the moment we do not have an update as to when this will be and since its a feature request we do not know if or when that request will be processed. We will however update you on this thread once the feature request is implemented.

    NO, these are NOT feature requests. These are the bugs pending to be fixed. Please read my message and care to open the screenshot links, you'll find the bugs. I have put in so much effort but now I can see that you've raised a wrong ticket.

    It is not a feedback or feature request, it is a list of bugs that I'm facing with JotForm on my LIVE website. Hope, you'll give me a better solution this time.

    As per the feedback from our QA, only 3 issues are pending now and rest have been resolved:

    Are you able to reproduce any of the latest issues on the actual devices? If yes, please provide us with the steps to reproduce the issue with the overlapping sub-headings.

    Please note that the Preview may not simulate the actual device. You may also test the form by opening it in a separate browser tab.

    As suggested by you, our QA has simulated the said issues on actual devices and marked them as unresolved and I've also verified the same. 3 pending issues remain as it is.

    One of our UX Designers is working on the "error message" problem.

    It looks other problems are resolved.
