Edit jotform in the former format/version of jotform - All my adjustments are gone (not saved) in the new format/version

I made adjustments in a jotform file in the old format/version of Jotform. When I open Jotform, the new version is active and my Jotform file is not saved correctly (all my adjustments are gone).

How can I open the old version of Jotform to maybe retain my adjustments? Or is there an other way to restore my adjustments? See URL for the jotform file.

We didn't change anything on the old layout recently?
