Platform is completely unresponsive. Have tried logging in and out and also shut down computer but still cannot access any of our forms

Can you please try to clear the cache of your browser. I checked your account and looks like it's on a good shape, so you shouldn't have any issue to log in.
Can you try another browser as well? Let us know if the issue persists.
