I accidently deleted submissions. How to recover deleted submissions?

I accidently deleted my submissions list. I only meant to delete one using the cross next to their name? 

I am sorry to say but when you delete a submission it is completely deleted from our system. It is not possible to restore deleted submissions.

I would suggest you to please recover the submission data from the submission email you must have received. You can also check your account email history as well. I would suggest you to please integrate your form with google spreadsheet which will send a copy of submission data to integrated google spreadsheet. This will work as a backup of your submission.
